Zur Feststellung der Situation hinsichtlich Steinschlaggefährdung im Bereich Knappenweg 6, wurde vom Geologen des Amtes der NÖ Landesregierung Mag. Dr. Schweigl ein Ortsaugenschein durchgeführt. Laut geogener Gefahrenhinweiskarte befindet sich das betroffene Grundstück in einem Hinweisbereich für Steinschlag- und Rutschgefährdung. Diese Steinschlaggefährdung konnte auch der Landesgeologe nach seiner Begutachtung bestätigen.
