Die Arbeiten an der Breitbandversorgung in unserem Tal gehen zügig weiter. Auf dem Großteil der Strecke von Waidhofen bis Lunz sind bereits die nötigen Leitungen verlegt. Ob eine Gemeinde bzw. ein Ortsteil im Rahmen des Pilotprojektes tatsächlich mit Hochgeschwindigkeitsleitungen bis zum Haus versorgt wird hängt von der Nachfrage bzw. dem Interesse der jeweiligen Bewohner ab. Wenn mindestens als 40 Prozent eines Siedlungsgebietes anschließen wollen werden die Leitungen bis zur Grundgrenze verlegt. Alle Details und die Kosten (Richtwert 35 Euro monatlich für Highspeed) gibt es bei einer Informationsveranstaltung voraussichtlich im Sommer.
