Wegen des nicht besonders einladenden Wetters in der Früh, ersetzte ich die geplante Bergtour druch eine erweiterte Seerunde über den Lärchenstein.

Die Tüchtigen haben das Glück – unter diesem Motto stand das heutige Maifest der Landjugend. Bei herrlichem Wetter genossen die vielen Gäste das erste Fest des Jahres im Freien und wurden bestens bewirtet und unterhalten. Sie konnten auch einige ganz junge Maibaumkletterer bewundern.

Sensationeller Auftakt des Eisenstraße Laufcups 2014! Mit knapp 1000 Startern ging in Waidhofen bei toller Stimmung und angenehmen Laufwetter der 30. Stadtlauf erfolgreich über die Bühne.  Wieder einmal fiel unser Verein durch die starke Mannschaft auf. Waren bereits am Donnerstag zuvor 49 Mitglieder des SV RIVEG Lunz beim Mostblütenlauf am Start, konnten wir uns in Waidhofen über 38 Läufer freuen.  Für eine Sensation sorgte unser junges Nachwuchstalent Angelika Dallhammer. Sie lief beim Knirpsenlauf über 300m ein unglaublich schnelles Rennen (15km/h ,3:50 Kilometerschnitt!) und holte sich unter allen 104 Mädchen und Burschen den Gesamtsieg!
